1. Acceptance
By using My Storage List you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. The service
My Storage List is an iOS app for organizing items in storage boxes with AI recognition, QR codes, PDF labels, iCloud sync, import/export, and more.
3. Requirements
- An iPhone or iPad running iOS 17 or later.
- You are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent).
- An Apple ID to download the app.
4. Your content
You own the photos, descriptions, and inventory you create. Your data is stored on your device and optionally synced through your iCloud account.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, reverse engineering, scraping, or interference with the service.
- Do not infringe intellectual property rights of others.
- Do not upload malicious code.
6. Purchases
Premium features are unlocked via a one-time lifetime purchase through Apple's App Store. There are no subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
7. OpenAI integration
If you enable enhanced recognition, you supply your own OpenAI API key and are responsible for any charges on your OpenAI account. We do not pay for or subsidize OpenAI usage.
8. Backups and data loss
We recommend enabling iCloud sync and periodically exporting your data. We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, user error, or third-party service issues.
9. Intellectual property
The app, its code, design, and the "My Storage List" name and logo belong to us. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app.
10. Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. AI recognition is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue features with reasonable notice.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or App Store update notes.
13. Apple-specific
Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. For warranty failures you may notify Apple, who may refund the purchase per their policy. These terms are between you and us, not Apple.
